Research On The Development Of Old-Age Service Industry In WuQing District,Tianjin

Since 2010,China has officially entered population-aging society.The trend of aging population will inevitably bring the development of pension services,but because old people have their own particularity or ground,and the influences of concept and changes of income etc.,they have new requirements for pension services.At present Wuqing district of the city of Tianjin has the same situation as the rest of the country,which the aggravating trend of aging population leads to the increasing and diversified demand for pension services.With the increasing of the proportion of the elderly population in the future,it is realistic need of paying attention to the development of pension services in Wuqing district of the city of Tianjin.In recent years,as a demonstration district of pension services of the city of Tianjin,Wuqing district has some achievements in the development of pension services,however there are undeniably many constraints.The maturity and development of the pension services is conducive not only to the formation of healthy population-aging society,but also to the promotion of economic growth.Based on the Welfare Pluralism Theory,Maslow Demand Level Theory and the Public Goods Theory,using the research results in related fields at domestic and foreign,this paper takes the pension services in Wuqing District of Tianjin as the research object,through collecting and sorting a large number of data,carefully studies the effects and future prospects of the development of the pension services under the background of population-aging of Wuqing district of Tianjin,for finding out the problems existed in the development;and taking "Nursing Center for the Aged of Wuqing District of Tianjin" as a typical example introduces the situation of operation of this project,and then makes a complete and in-depth studies of the development of the old aged services industry in Wuqing District of Tianjin.Meanwhile,through the analysis of the requirements of development of the aged people service industry in Wuqing District of Tianjin,it clarifies the economic effect.For achieving better development of pension service industry of Wuqing District,this article draws lessons from the experience of the development of foreign pension service,it presents some successful practices and experiences of the United States,Britain,Japan,Shanghai and Chongqing by using comparative analysis method,and summarized some useful enlightenment.Finally,combined the actual circumstances of the evolution of Old-age Serivice Industry in Wuqing District of Tianjin with the results of investigation,this paper presents five suggestions:broaden the sources of funds;strengthening the links of relevant services;upgrading level of services;implementing pension plan and establishing the support system;for realizing the rapid and healthy development of the pension services in Wuqing District of Tianjin.
