Study On The Community Culture Construction Of Heping District In Tianjin

With the fast development of society and economy, the problems of community construction and management have begun to draw close attention from people. Community cultural construction is one of the important components of community construction. In the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our party clearly promotes the great cause of socialist cultural development and prosperity. As the basic level culture, community culture is a cornerstone of overall socialist cultural system and plays an important role. The achievements of the community culture construction which are good or bad, high or low, not only relate the living standard of the community inhabitant, but also relate the stability and harmony of the community and the entire society. At present, our country's community culture construction is at the start stage, and many districts have done a lot of things to enhance community culture construction and have searched for some useful action.In recent years, community cultural construction of Heping district in Tianjin has already obtained some achievements, and have been universally accepted by the community inhabitant. But, there are the imbalance of the whole situation and problems in different degree in management method, resource integration and other aspects. This paper uses comparative analysis, investigation analysis, documentary analysis and other methods. By reviewing the Development history and practice of community cultural construction of Heping district in Tianjin and combining relevant conceptions and theory, this paper analyzes the present problems in the process of community cultural development, and offers specific suggestions on community cultural construction.The whole paper is consisted of seven chapters, and makes a systematic study of the development's present situation,the existence questions and the consummation countermeasure of community cultural development of Heping District in Tianjin. Firstly, it introduces the conception of community culture. Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of community cultural development of Hepin District in Tianjin, and the case of community cultural development of Chongrenli Community specifically. Thirdly, to provide useful reference to community cultural development of Heping District, it contrasts the experience and practice between the domestic and overseas advanced regions. Finally, it clearly shows the existing main problems and brings up the corresponding suggestions.
