A Study On The Spiritual Educations Of The United States Forces' Anti-terrorism Operations

This paper is based on the topic of US forces' spiritual educations which are in the anti-terrorism operations.After the thorough analysis of the present research situation at home and abroad,it uses proper methods to compare and discriminate the related concepts,such as the ideological and political education,the ideological education and the spiritual education.And then it gives the conception of US forces'spiritual educations which are used in the anti-terrorism operations. That is the spiritual educations which are aiming at the characteristics of terrorism, to eliminate the negative influence of external factors, condense molecular morale and ensure troops fighting capacity.Then it emphasizes the implementations of the international background, the domestic background and the army background.It lists the main contents and methods of the anti-terrorism operations' spiritual education, such as paying attention to top-down propaganda and the political mobilization, strengthening the military culture as the core of the soft power construction, furthering implementation of scientific spiritual education and actively developing mind-warfars,and summarizes the characteristics which are reflected from the implementation processes,for instances,the flexible and diversified education means,the specialization of the educations'implementation team,the jointion with the psychological warfare and the public opinion warfare,the perfect and relative legal system and the use of the materal means.Finally,it proposes several enlightenments for us.For example, around contemporary revolutionary soldier core values, build rich army of characteristic military culture; Accelerate enact and perfect relevant regulations to promote the education'standardization and legalization; Focus on innovation development education means to enhance the acceptability of the education;And pay attention to "going out" strategy which is with local media and government to form the education together.And in the last,it lists the limitations.
