| Purpose:This interventional experiment on the functional training plan for armored infantry is designed based on the survey data.The current research aims to improve the physical quality,to prevent training injuries,and to provide references for functional training of armored infantry.Methods:A cohort of 64 infantry soldiers has been selected and assigned to test group(31)and control group(33).Each participant has been tested various indicators before and after the experiment.The testing indicators include body composition(age,height,weight,body measure index,waist-to-hip ratio,lean body mass,body fat,and body fat percentage),physical quality(lmin sit up,chin up,standing long jump,4x10m shuttle run,100m dash,armed 5km cross country,eyes closed standing with one foot,plank,and 20m multi-level shuttle),functional movement screen(deep squat,hurdle step,in-line lunge,shoulder mobility,active-straight leg raise,trunk stability push-up,and rotary stability),and military training related injury(soft tissue injury,bone and joint injury,and organ injury).The participants in the test group were trained with physical functional training methods for 12 weeks,5 times per week and 60 to 90 minutes per day.In the control group,the participants were trained with traditional methods for 12 weeks.The data were analyzed through SPSS software,expressed with mean and standard deviation.Independent-sample test and cross-table test were carried out to verify the results.Results:There is no significant difference occurs among the various indicators of test group and control group before the experiment.After the experiment,the body composition of 2 groups has no significant difference.All indicators of physical quality of test group are significantly higher than the control group except the 4×10m shuttle(p≤0.05).The outcomes of hurdle step,in-line lunge,rotary stability,and the total points of functional movement screen within the test group are significantly higher than the control group.The injure rate of the test group is significantly lower than the control group,and the difference of cross-table test is significant.Conclusion:The methods of physical functional training have improved physical quality and functional movement ability efficiently,and reduce the incidence of injury for armored infantry effectively. |
