Study On The Legal System Of Our Country's Food Safety Supervision

Food safety is an important problem of the economy and society in our country.In recent years,many food safety incidents have erupted . The health and life of consumers were damaged,and the whole society was in an extreme panic. More and more people have got to pay attention to food safety.The reason is that the food safety legal system is not perfect and the regime is still not consummate. The government has already realized the problem and launched the reform of food safety regulation system.However,China`s food safety regulation mode is not ripe right now.There are still a lot hard work to do for the government and the food producers to get a whole idea.So this article has tried to analyze the situation and problem of food safe supervision legal system in of our nation based on the demarcation of food safety.And I have studied the food safety legal system in some developed countries such as US and Japan. I hope my work can do something to the construction of the theory basis of food safety legal system and the policy.This article has been divided into four parts.The first chapter has discussed the basic concept of food safety supervision, such as food and the necessity of food safety supervision.And the discussion can provide more help to our article.The second chapter has investigated the food safety legal system in some developed countries,like US,EU and Japan.These nations have more experiences in food safety supervision.In the third chapter,writer has researched the food safety legal system in our country,analyzed the characteristic and existing problems and tried to find the reason. In the fourth chapter, I have made some suggestions about how to improve the food safety legal system by confirming reasonable legal principles and making feasible measures. Also I have found some basic legal principles, like risk assessment, precaution, process prevision, responsibility and public information.
