Analyze "Sunshine Policy" Of The South Korean Government

In 1998, the south Korean President Kim dae-jung stage according to international and domestic situations puts forward "sunshine policy", its core is to guarantee with the north Korea in the relationship, not isolated, not destroy the stability, do not take absorption and assimilation policy, "sunshine policy" towards the north Korean peninsula effectively ease tensions on the Korean peninsula, the successful implementation of the two countries and inter-korean relations government, personnel exchanges and trade exchanges, international cooperation appeared positive changes.
