The Research On Our Country Folk Organization Political Participation Problems

During the 1990s the domestic scholars began to study civil organization which is an important force in promoting the development of democratic society, and political participation of civil organization is an inevitable trend in the development of democratic society. With the deepening of reform and opening-up and the transition of government function, civil organization plays a more and more important role in the political participation, which causes greatly concern in academia and becomes key theory and practice topic in the construction of socialist political civilization. At present, the research of domestic scholars mostly concentrates on the aspects of the study on civil organization and international comparison, public governance functions of rural civil organization, civil organization's internal management research and so on, while the research on political participation of civil organization is very little.This paper is based on the above reasons and on the existing research results in politics and sociology, so the author doesn't make deeply personal elaboration.Papers from the following three aspects were discussedThe first part defines the concept of political participation of civil organization, including the theoretical elaboration of political participation of civil organization and the meaning of political participation.The second part analyzes the status quo of political participation of civil organization in our country, including the type of participation, the approach of participation, the existing problems and their causes.The third part prospects the development trendency of political participation of civil organization, including its development goals as well as the development proposals and countermeasures.
