Climate Diplomacy In The View Of International Relations

With the rapid development of economic globalization and the global characteristics of the climate resources, which make the environmental problem into an important international political issue beyond its original field. The appearance of environmental issue has impacted tremendously the traditional notion of state sovereignty. This paper is a qualitative study on every country all over the world working together on the climate problem.The main content of this paper is the international communities actively take part in the climate diplomacy. This paper uses the qualitative and historical research analysis, from which reveal the character and power of the climate diplomacy, show the necessity of carrying out the climate diplomacy. This paper further shows every country all over the world working together on the climate problem.The results show that after the Cold War,the central issue in contemporary international relations has changed, The political and security issues which was concerned during the Cold War has been replaced by the idea of the economy and development. The climate problem is a global issue which is closely integrated with science, economic and political fields. Climate issues are related to the coordination of the national interests and global interests, which are also related to the country's current interests and challenges.Climate problem presented an urgent contemporary issue to the whole world: That is sovereign state as the main body of the world, how to properly solve the global problem of cross-border. Therefore, environmental cooperation in the worldwide range is the key to the environmental problems.
