Research On The Food Safety' Regulation With The New Public Service Theory

Food safety has become the focus of social problems, food quality and safety has been gradually be concerned by all of the world. Food safety incident which caused serious results has threatened the people's health seriously. Therefore, our government should take the regulation of food safety as one important foundation. In recent years, the incents of food safety happened frequently. They damaged people's interests seriously. Food safety has become an important aspect that value the people's life quality,the level of social regulation and the legal system of country. So, during this stage, it's an urgent responsibility to strengthen the foundation of food safety's regulation to ensure the food safety.Based on the achievement of our predecessors, and taking"Sanlu milk powder incident"as an example, It makes a study about the situation of food safety'regulation with the new public service theories. Firstly,the paper gives a general description about the current situation of food safety; Secondly, it researches on the current situation of Chinese food safety regulation including regulation organization ,laws and the government's responsibility and so on. According to this, we found the reason which exists in the regulation's of food safety. Through the theory and practicality analysis, giving some strategies for improvement of the regulation level which include strengthening the consciousness of service, pursuing the public interests, making the government's responsibilities clear, setting up the concept of humanism and so on.
