The Research On The Motivation Mechanism Of Civilian Personnel In Chinese Army

To carry out the research on Motivation Mechanism of civilian personnel is the practical requirement for the development of Chinese army's human resources, the stimulation of civilian personnel's intrinsic motivation and the enhancement of political work's effectiveness, initiative and direction. Focusing on the features of civilian personnel in our army, the thesis makes analyses on the theory, constitution, current status and strategies of Motivation Mechanism adopting the combined methods of both theory and practice. Simultaneously the thesis follows the train of thoughts as"possible to be-ought to be-to practically be-going to be".Starting from the basic theories, the thesis does systematic sorting work and makes innovating explorations on related questions, such as Chinese civilian personnel and system of civilian personnel, motivation theory and motivation mechanism, then reveals the contents, functions and characteristics of Motivation Mechanism. Based on the previous researches, the thesis puts forward the Motivation Systematic Structure of Chinese army's civilian personnel with the static and dynamic characteristics, and elaborates the key factors and Operation Schema. The thesis projects the civilian personnel's incentive elements which are constituted by substantial benefits, morals, developing goals, career achievements and environment. And the conclusion has been validated by the practical research already. According to the analyses on the current situations on Motivation Mechanism of civilian personnel in Chinese army, the thesis finally projects rationalizing countermeasures and suggestions which include the ideas of"refreshing motivating notion, enhance specialization of management, perfecting motivating system, improving developing environment and dynamic adjustment".
