Study On The Motivation Mechanism On The Scientific And Technological Talents In Army

The scientific and technological talents in army, the core of competing ability in army, are important forces for informational construct and war and play the decisive role in the army development. So, it is necessary to develop scientific and effective mechanism to motive talents and furthest inspire their enthusiasm. The study was done on the motivation mechanism on the the scientific and technological talents in army.The conclusion is as follows:The needs of the scientific and technological talents in army include individual-development, job self-determination, operational achievement, wealth and intercourse relation. The order in term of significance is individual-development, operational achievement, wealth job self-determination and intercourse relation.In the five needs, operational achievement, job self-determination, individual-development are thought to be more satisfying, then intercourse relation and wealth last.In the factors affecting individual development, the developing opportunity is emphasized more by the scientific and technological talents in army, then job interest and specialty knowledge and challenging task is not considered very important.As for self-determination, the self-determination in the choosing the working method and time are considered to be the most important by the scientific and technological talents, next is in assuming work and choosing cooperating partner.As for the operational achievement, the order in term of significance is recognition from leaders, self, colleague and mates in the same vocation.As for the factors bringing wealth, the order in term of significance is cash, future earning, substance earning and duty assumption.Finally, the main problems in the motivation mechanism on the scientific and technological talents in army are discussed and suggestion and measures on developing the appropriate motivation mechanism on the scientific and technological talents in army are given. and provide theoretical instruction and practical meaning for Chinese military construction. At present, the study of motivation mechanism in army is not enough from the perspective of sociology and management science, thus this paper enriches the study of this field and bears some creations.
