The urban village reconstruction project is a problem that to be faced in the period of rapid economic development in china. It is ralated to the construction of harmonious society and the stable development of market economy. The urban village is at the junction of urban and rural, so it's special location makes the urban village as an obstacle to scientific planning of the city. Many social security problems, sanitation issues, building security issues exist in the Urban village, and very serious. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out renovation project of Urban village. Currently, the country's current has not complete legal system to uniform the reconstruction of urban village. In transformation in the urban village, there are several ways to change land ownship, this phenmomenon to transformation of village caused some confusions. The transformation of villages should first change the ownership of land and to establishi a unified approach. By analyzing the current situation in china, land acquisition system shoule be to solve the transformation of our country urban. At present, china's land expropriation system is not perfect, there are many defects, such as the compensatin standards, the collection procedures, permissions, etc. Because the tranfer of land can produce significant economic benefits, many local government abuse of executive power. It caused many conflicts, or even ocurrs a massive group of event in some places . A set of complementary messures should be established to carry ot the work with the lande acquisition, for instance, to establish a soccial security system. If we build these systems, then the urban village renovation project can proceed smoothly.
