With our economic development,use of natural resources is increasing. So air pollution and damage is more and more serious. If atmospheric conditions are destroyed, it is very difficult to square one. So this is very important to control air pollution. This thesis is examining the international community and some major developed countries'air pollution control laws and regulations, and analyzing the defect of the laws and regulations which protect the atmospheric environment and control the air pollution. It will make scientific recommendations to improve our air pollution control laws and regulations.This thesis thinks that the energy reduction is in the air pollution prevention . This is one of the innovative. This measure was controversial, but it meets the ISO definition of the air pollution. If a certain substance involves in the atmosphere, and has sufficient concentration, and achieve sufficient time, it will undermine the body of comfort and health and welfare or a polluted environment. You may consider it the air pollution. Therefore, reduced emissions of carbon dioxide shall be in control of air pollution laws and regulations.Starting from the idea of a "good" and "the good environment", it will improve our air pollution control laws and regulations and put forward scientific proposal. This is another innovation of this thesis.This article is divided into four parts.The first part mainly describes the international community and the world's major country air pollution prevention and control of legal policies and legislation, to improve the legal system of the prevention and control of our our country's air pollution.The second part mainly examines the status of our country's air pollution control legislation, and elaborates on the phylogeny of the prevention and control of our country's air pollution, and elaborates on the principal legislative provisions and the major policy of the prevention and control of our country's air pollution.The third part mainly analyzes the defect of the legislation and enforcement system of sexual of the prevention and control of our country's air pollution.The fourth part mainly concepts how to improve the law system of the prevention and control of our country's air pollution.
