Inventory is necessary for enterprise which guarantees the production of factory. Inventory plays an important role on guaranteeing producing and harmonizing supply and demand. Once inventory is less of management, it will tie up large amount of bankroll and lead to a high inventory cost. So the enterprise will get much economy benefit if small percentage of inventory capital is saved through good inventory management. As the market competition is sharper and sharper, reducing inventory cost is becoming the third profit headspring of enterprise.Inventory management is an important link in production management of modern enterprises, which is the soul of logics management. Modern inventory management should not only supervise stock in the storage, but also the waste in the process of production that JIT believes. There are some conditions for JIT to make a hit. Enterprise needs agile production system, short adjusting time of equipment, perfect quality guaranteeing system etc. Outside the enterprise there need perfect market economy circumstance, developed information technology, reliable supplier and favorable traffic condition etc. However, there is a gap between it and our country's actual management environment.The article puts forward the combined application of JIT and TOC on inventory management on the ground of our country's actual instance to detect the bottle-neck problem, solve it and persist to improve and finally achieve production and operation's Just-in-Time. What's more the application study in the article takes up large space to validate the method and give some illumination for our country's enterprises to put it in practice.
