The Study Of Agriculture Technology Popularization Approach And Benefit In Raw Material Base Building Of Cigarette Manufacturers

As the adjustment of tobacco industry structure, separation of producing and selling, steady progress of "big brand, large market, good circulation", building own tobacco leaf producing base has been the main method or trend for cigarette manufacturers in China to get raw material, since tobacco leaf is the key material in the competition. In this article, we took Guiyang tobacco factory as an example to analyze the development of their own producing base, discussed both pros and cons, and proposed some possible solutions to these problems.Here are the main results:1. Developing production base of their own, realizes the direct contribution of industry to agriculture, thus tobacco manufactures can get steady supply of raw material, and instruct them to plant tobacco leaf that better fulfills the demand,which will also improve the quality of the tobacco leaf they produce.2. Considering the three years base construction experience of Guiyang tobacco factory together with other producing base construction modes adopted by other manufactures in China, the specified condition in Guizhou Province, and the tobacco producing situation here, I think this "following the development of technology, persisting in our own method, research, production and marketing departments all work together to construct tobacco leaf producing base "method of Guiyang tobacco factory is feasible. The cooperation of research and producing departments is good for solving the existing problems in the spreading of agriculture technology, as no pertinence, ineffectiveness and so on. The cooperation between research and selling departments is good for improving the popularization and actual application of technology, that is, to develop feasible technology according to the demand of industry. The cooperation between producing and selling departments is good for the realization of a better industry structure with steady scale and mutual support and inspiration between producing and selling. With the highly development of this method, constructing tobacco producing base with effort from all research, production and market departments will greatly promote the development of the industry.3. Based on all the investigation and research, we recommended this agriculture technology popularization method-building own tobacco leaf producing base, and proposed some ways to improve it, including: (1) cooperate with local governments, exert their functions; (2) increase the investment to improve the efficiency of tobacco field. (3) Improve the service system to enhance the anti-risk ability of tobacco farmer. (4) cooperate with research institutions, popularize the suitable technologies for tobacco planting. (5). Get stable scale of field and to stir the enthusiasm of tobacco farmers.
