The development strategies play the essence role in increasing marketplace competition in China's travel service industry. A study on China's travel services industry has great meaning for the development of China.The main purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the present state and change of operation environment systematically. Using theories of operation environment analysis in strategic management, this dissertation also examine the development strategy of China's Travel services.In addition to the comparative research method, concrete evidence and cases study approach are also used in this research. With the analysis of typical cases study, travel agencies know how to choose and use development strategies.In research finding, this paper conclude that, due to the poor management and financial problems, China's Travel agencies have to combine companies present situation to increase market competition advantage. Strategies such as customer satisfaction, brand name, human resource, ï¿¡ and Conglomerate strategy have to be set up and be systematized.Some leading travel companies such as Shanghai Spring International Travel Service LTD, Guangzhou Travel Service Co., LTD, Ctrip etc are used as cases study. All strategy advantages are concluded from these companies which can be learned by the other domestic travel services.
