Compensation mechanism is one of the most important contents of the management of Human Resource even the whole enterprise, which involves not only the financial budget and benefits of enterprises, but also employees personal benefits. Compensation mechanism of the modern enterprises pays more and more attention to the incentive and competitive side, while compensation management, as an important incentive tool, has connected closely with the development of enterprises and human resource strategy, and penetrated into every corner of the enterprise management as well.Incentive mechanism of employees is a permanent topic in enterprises, while the basic drive of enterprises' development lies in the qualification and dynamism of employees. The most important thing in incentive mechanism is the economic benefits, which realized by establishing the complete compensation mechanism. As a value distributing and inner-incentive mechanism, compensation systemindicates the central value view of enterprises. Being an indemnity and incentive tool, compensation improves rapidly together with its concept and application's renovation during the period of enterprises' development. From the Base Compensation to Total Compensation, the variation of the compensation mechanism reflects enterprises' development and reform. Total Compensation divides the compensation which employees get from the company into the extrinsic and intrinsic. The extrinsic compensation mostly means the quantifiable monetary value offered to the employees, while the intrinsic compensation means all kinds of encouraging values which can not be realized by the quantifiable monetary form.Compensation Mechanism of Guangxi Telecom is developing ceaselessly with enterprises' growing. Since China's reform and opening to the outside policy, the Compensation Mechanism of Guangxi Telecom has changed a lot, from the administrative compensation system to the enterprises' compensation, from the cost compensation value to the investment compensation value, from base compensation to total compensation, all above reflect the track of enterprises' development.
