The Research On The Change Of Corporate Culture And Business Process Reengineering In Guangxi Telecom

With China's WTO entry and it's telecommunication market opening to world gradually, the competition became more and more furious. Guangxi Telecom faced to many external environment challenge that involved competition, customer, technology and the change of policy, etc. At the same time there are still some questions in the operation mechanism inside this corporation. It is an urgent problem to be solved for Guangxi Telecom to how to deepen internal reforms, how to raise the corporate ability to meet the fast change of environment and how to improve enterprise's operation efficiency and cultivate its core competitive ability.Corporate culture and business process reengineering(BPR) are all modern management theories.
