China telecom industry now is undergoing a divided evolution. How to face a new competitive situation and take hold of the trend of long-term telecom development as well as make some relative developing strategies and marketing tactics for the future has been a common subject to be considered and studied by all telecom enterprises. Based on SWOT analyses on the vastcosm economic environment and the internal developmental environment for Guangxi Telecom and Telecom industrial electiveness environment and the comparison with rivals, this thesis shows Guangxi Telecom's future development, mission, strategic goal, general development strategic system and its three developing stages.
