The Research On Sustainable Development Of Yellow River Delta Delta Area In "After Petroleum Ages"

Yellow River delta is one of three famous deltas in China. Due to the limitation of it's nature conditions and some history reasons, Yellow River delta hasn't been exploited sufficiently. Dongying, one of the main cities on the delta, is a typical new resource-city and has gotten rapid development as the Shenli Oil Field construction. Yet Dongying has faced the question that how to realize the industry change, which is a common question lying in all the resource-cities. If resource superiority, capital superiority and technology superiority being used efficiently, resource-city can step into the high jumping-off point orbit. Whereas it will plunge the condition of "city decline while oil exhausted"Dongying is in the period of oil industry thriving, which is the best time of implanting substitute industry. On this question, the former have done lots of researches, using for reference of them and applying sustainable development theory, the article bring forward my own opinion on the Dongying industry change. The research contents include:1 .The theory research on resource-city and industry change. It analyzes the main industry's rising, flourishing and recession in resource-city, and then carry through the theory research on resource-city's industry change with the theory of sustainable development.2.The research on the tactic of industry change. The thesis analyzes Dongying's industry character through quantitative analysis, while many literatures are limited to qualitative analysis. Using the Departure-Quotient method and diversion analytical method, we draw the conclude that Dongying's industry configuration alteration pattern is area superiorityindustry leading pattern, the area has gained rapid economy increase by it's predominant industry which is oil industry. The thesis puts forward that in the "After Petroleum Ages", Dongying should choose compound industry alteration stratagem, and take peteoleum chem.-industry and grass industry as stratagem stress.3.Puting forward that grass industry should be one important selection of Dongying industry alteration. Begining with the concept of "grass industry", the thesis analyzes the three compositions of grass industrialization and grass industry's economic benefit, zoology benefit and society benefit, laying out the amplitude foreground of grass industry.4.Circumstance analyse of Dongying developing grass industry. Economy circumstance, technology circumstance and policy circumstance provide favorable exterior circumstance.
