Study On The Course And Enlightenment Of The CPC Exploring The ACPP Since The Foundation Of The Country

The agriculture, countryside and peasant problem, for short the ACPP, is long-standing in China. In brief, it is the problem of agriculture's basic fragility, lag behind in countryside and peasant's poor. It is determined by the semi-colony, semi-feudal social nature of modern China and by our national and agricultural conditions of the large agricultural and population country mainly. Over half a century since the foundation of the country, in order to solve the ACPP, the Communist Party of China (CPC)has carried on a long-term, hard exploration and practice, and has made an enormous achievement. She has accumulated a lot of valuable experience, but also has stood many setbacks, has brought about lots of faults, and has profound historical lessons. In the reform and opening-up of more than 20 years, it is the countryside that reformed first, it is peasants who contributed most for socialist modernization construction. But at present they still bear the most difficult and most bitter life. The ACPP has already become the bottleneck that restricts the overall situation of modernization of the country. Build the well-off society in an all-round way, stress and difficulty all lie in the ACPP. On the day when the problem is solved, the modernization is realized! I choose the subject, trying to stand in the angle of history and reality combining, combing systematically, aimed to arouse the attention of more people, and to contribute meager strength to solve this problem!The paper is divided into four parts. In the introduction of the first part, this paper expounds the putting forward and defining of the ACPP from historical angle, elaborates the chosen of the time slot since the foundation of the country, and proposes title meaning and the thesis characteristic clearly.The second part is divided into two main stages and five subsidiary stages, explains the exploring course of the CPC according to time order, summarizes the main achievement and matter existing at present. Make a general survey of history, several generations of leading collectives of the CPC all pay attention to the ACPP very much. They have put forward many important thoughts and correct decisions. Why the ACCP is still difficult to resolve? Except the country's special national and agricultural conditions, the paper analyzed the reasons from three aspects and the internal cause of peasant's heavy burden especially.
