Research On The Management Of SH Salt-Trade Company's Logistics

Under the macroeconomic circumstances of China's marketability gradually affecting all industries, China'traditional circulation mode and administration means of salt trade have confronted with the rigorous challenge from the market economy. More and more concern and research are being paid to how to identify the new ways by which economic increase can be further promoted so as to meet the demand of the market economy on the salt trade companies. The author thinks that it's of great importance and necessary to adopt scientific and efficient measures to improve the current conditions and realize the modernization of logistics and distribution operation in the salt trade. As one of the effective measures, technology of supply chain management is playing an increasingly significant role in enhancing logistics efficiency and lowering the distribution cost of the salt trade in order to guarantee the competitive capability of the salt-traders, as a result, economic benefit and customers'high satisfactory are both raised. The thesis first brings forward the significance, purpose, content of this research subject and introduces the background and current situation of the SH salt trade company. Then the author studies the development, trend and application of logistics and supply chain management at home and abroad. The thesis emphasizes on the research of logistics management in SH company, and analyzes the processes of purchase, inventory, distribution in the company's daily operation connected with information flow management.
