Grid-based Management On Enterprise Knowledge Resource

Knowledge resource is the key element of enterprise competition in the age of knowledge-oriented economy. Knowledge management system applied in enterprises is to manage knowledge resource available of ones that consists of the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. The purpose of enterprise knowledge management is to code explicit information, visualize tacit information, and convert information resource into the directive productive forces. Enterprise knowledge management is based on technology of information and network. During the past decades, enterprise information management system has been applied widely. However, with the rapid development of technology, nowadays, gird technology has been expanded from its original reign, undertaking a rapid development as a new generation of Internet. Therefore, it is imperative that enterprise knowledge resource management is to be based on grid technology. The major works of this thesis are: 1. Introducing the enterprise knowledge resource scope, its definition and characteristics; Analyzing enterprise knowledge resource management purpose; Providing enterprise's internal knowledge resources structure and method, discussing about system model and technique for knowledge creation, storage, management. 2. By introducing the enterprise business operation and development model under this new generation grid technology environment, the conclusion has made that the replacement of Internet by grid technology is due, and a scheme for constructing a grid community has been proposed. 3. With the combination of knowledge management from the Microsoft company and Lotus company, a enterprise knowledge resource management model has been proposed base on the gird technique, and its requirement, function has been verified after analyzing grid system structure and knowledge management system. Evaluation has been conducted at the last section.
