Foreign Direct Investment Analysis, The Effects Of China's Export Trade

The relationship between absorbing FDI and export trade is compact, this article mainly analyzes their relationship: firstly it has the growth effect to the total amount of export trade, the improvement effect of the export mix of foreign trade of our country, it also has the plus domino effect to our flux of our main trade way---the processing trade is becoming our main trade way. Secondly, in order to survey the role of FDI to our terms of trade, it checks 13 kinds of commodity's term of trade and finds that the domino effect is unconspicuous, the article analyzes the reasons; thirdly, this article also quantitative analyzes the effect of FDI to the competitiveness of our export products, the result of this part analysis is that absorbing FDI can improve our competitiveness of finished products. On the basis of these previous demonstrational analysis, the article provides related countermeasures and development strategies to boost up the positive influence of foreign capital enterprises on export, in order to provide useful references for decision-making and action for concerned government sectors and enterprises.
