A Theory And Case Study Of Tourism Economic Influencing In Low Developed Areas

The western region of our country contains abundant tourist resources, and has characteristics such as high grade, monopoly and strong distinctive etc, so the rich tourism resource is the advantage of low developed areas in western China during the development of their tourist industry. And a lot of areas are classifying tourist industry as the industry developed especially, even pillar industry, offering a certain support, making its scale of industry strengthen constantly, so the travel competitive power is being obviously raised, becoming the point of growth with new regional economy. But we should see, the tourist industry in this area is still at the starting stage, the resource advantage is far from turning into economic advantage and benefit. Moreover, tourist industry is the extremely strong related industry, whose development has close relations with other industries of the region, at the same time, it can also reflect the state of development of other industries, playing an un-ignored role in the development of the regional economy. If regard the national economy as a book, then it must be an indispensable chapter in this big book.In the first part of the thesis, the author introduces the economic activity of regional travel and concept of tourist economy, among them, explaining the production and characteristic, forming and condition of travel economic activity, and development, characteristic of modern travel economic activity. Further more, the concept and intension of regional tourist economy are proved as well.In the second part of the thesis, the thesis states and discusses the theories to the regional tourist economy, while to the theoretical foundation that influences the tourist economy, named travel multiplier theory and tourism decrease-leak theory, the author does explanations in detail, and introducing the biological model of Lotka-Volterra mutually beneficial mathematics into this thesis. At the same time, according to the biomathematics meaning of this model, it carries on qualitative analysis to the mutually beneficial economic relation among travel industry and other relevant industries for the first time, and then pointing out the pluses and minuses of this method .In the third part of the thesis, regarding a low developed area such as 12 provinces in the west of our country as the specific area, the thesis explains the characteristic of economic development of this area, pointing out the characteristics and current situations of travel economic development of this area on this basis, and then clarifies the condition of travel economic development of this area.In the fourth part, taking Zhangye of Gansu Province as a typical case, from respects such asdevelopment condition and current of Zhangye city's travel economic, and qualitative analysis of industry influence to the development of travel economic, the thesis analyses the impact on national economy and function of the tourist economy in Zhangye, thus puts forward some countermeasure and suggestion to strengthen the influence of tourist economy industry ofZhangye city.The fifth part is the conclusion of the thesis.
