The Optimization Inventory Research In A Supply Chain Environment

How to realize low cost operation based on the satisfaction of customers effectively is a problem many enterprises facing today. Inventory issue has become a hotspot in the research of management again. The appearance of supply chain concept provides a good method to settle the inventory problem.This paper researches inventory issue from view of the supply chain. The second chapter introduces the conception and the research situation of inventory in a supply chain environment, and points out its problem. In the third chapter, inventory management model in the supply chain is discussed, which is the key problem of inventory management in the supply chain. Then a mathematical model of two-echelon inventory system under the situation of taking account of price discount is made. A simple and effective approach is proposed to find the optional order number. The forth chapter uses VC.NET which is designed for the Anhui telecom material management system.Supply chain and SCM are still new concepts, so there are many shortages about their theory and study methods. This paper has done some benefits to inventory optimization of SCM and its further study will be done in the future.
