With the constant deepening of reform and opening-up, the constant development of market economy, market operation becomes more norm and competition becomes fiercer too. Especially after China joins WTO, all trades and professions face the limitless business opportunity and enormous challenge at the same time. However, nowadays, outmoded management system and backward management mode, make a lot of enterprises in inferior position gradually in the fierce market competition, so readjustment and reform is imperative.Make a general survey of the domestic and international management mode, they have already formed a lot of theories that had been worth studying after practice of going through several hundred years. But the changes of the times unavoidably make various kinds of management modes display some insufficiently, which requires us to examine the current management mode closely again with the eyes of development and dynamic thinking. On one hand, we are according to management mode in foreign countries, the theory of the management mode had significance influence when culture got involved in, and conclusion had strong convincingness and influence power according to a large number of typical company case analysis, this was obvious to all. However, as to the thing that culture how to guides management practice, namely how to turn the invisible thing of the idea level into the tangible thing of the behavior level, the numerous scholars have not offered the distinct explanation. On the other hand, the domestic management mode in existence majority still fails to be in line with international standards, as to the thing that the understanding of the culture and management is also in the fuzzy understanding state, the study on management mode is still confined to the analysis on tangible thing and exploration. Because of this, I haveconfirmed the writing purpose of this text: this text will try hard to find out the relation between the culture and management and the tie which contacted them on the basis of forefathers' research results. And through the analysis of the concrete case, structure out the new-type management mode taking corporate culture as direction, this can be said to be the innovation of this text too.The theoretical research is the scholar's duty and practice studying is an entrepreneur's instinct. I'm not the explorer of the abstruse theory or a commercial struggle past master who has fought a hundred battles. But I hope to probe into the new tendency of enterprise's management mode with Chinese enterprises in infancy together and effort for the long-term of enterprises. This text divides into five parts altogether: first part is the introduction, it explains mainly target, goal and method. Second part proposes the new-type management mode taking corporate culture as direction after summarizing and summing up forefathers' view. Among them what's corporate culture and the relation between corporate culture and management is prerequisites of this model. The third part reflects the view of this text, it describes mainly the structure of the merger management mode of taking corporate culture as direction, the standard that the factor is chosen and the characteristics of this kind of management mode. After structuring the theory model, the fourth part is to carry on further confirmation and perfection through concrete practical operation. The third part and the fourth part form the subject of this thesis, they are the main exposition of author's view. The fifth part is a conclusion. Any thing is perfect in changing constantly, the same to the management mode. So enterprises should update the management mode on the basis of change of the objective condition, enables it to serve enterprise better.
