Law Problems Of Market Control On The Safety Of Agricultural Product Quality

This thesis is an exploring study which based on the field survey of the status of market control of the safety of agricultural products quality in Shouguang, Shandong province and Daqing, Heilongjiang province. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the present status, causes, and countermeasures of the safety of agricultural products quality in China from the angle of market control, and provide systematic theoretical support for the work of the market control of the safety of agricultural products quality.The research mainly discussed that the settlement of the safety problem of agricultural products quality mostly relies on the complete legal system centered by the law of the safety of agricultural products quality. The innovation of the thesis is to thoroughly analyze the value and systematic structure of the law of the safety of agricultural products quality in China, and conclude that: the safety problem of the quality of agricultural products in China is closely related to the malfunction of the market and the malfunction of the government; the current legal system and control system of the market control of the safety of agricultural products quality in China have many defects, and there are no systematic legal regulations on the control system, basic system, and relevant obligations of the market control of the safety of agricultural products quality; there should be legislation and special law to regulate the market control of the safety of agricultural products quality; the order of the market admittance is the basic value of the law of the safety of agricultural products quality, the ascertainment of the accurate value depends on the regulative objects of the law of the safety of the quality of agricultural products, and correctly dealing with its relation with existing legal regulations; the selected structure of the law of the safety of the quality of agricultural products should focus on dealing with the relation between the supervision of the quality of agricultural products and the obligation of the quality of agricultural products, and the relation between the law of the safety of the quality of agricultural products and the law of the quality of products.
