And the favorable conditions are being on a relatively beneficial geographical position, having beneficial international environment, having advance civilization and unitary country.Since the operation of reform and opening policy from 1978,China has proceeded on rising way at a surprising speed. The comprehensive national power of China has obviously risen. The international opposition of it also has improved.The implication of China's rising is that China grows up to be a great power, which at least plays a dominant role in an area and has worldwide influence.
