The economy is globalizing, when multinational companies are becoming more and more influential, which shows that commerce has been rapidly increasing, at the mean time, countries have been brought into an integer, their economies are being enhanced. It is an inresistable currency that countries will have to develop in a globalization system.In 20years of developing, multinational corporations begin to agree on that practicing localization strategy is the only way to survive and develop in China as parts of the global strategy, localization strategy is a kind of innovation a multinational corporations integrative strategy. It is also a kind of adjusting, which is based on the realization of the integrative strategy, whose purpose is to assure multinational corporations universal strategy to be realized. Researching on localization of multinational corporations strategy will be helpful in perfecting constitutions and standardizing their investments, In the mean time, it will also be useful for Chinese company to invest abroad.As a part of its global strategy, localization strategies is a innovation, which is based on the confirmation of its global strategy, it's a adaptation to the Chinese situation, its goal is to effectively implement the global strategy.This article studied the limitations of classifying multinational companies by their out comings and brought forward the concept defined by inner-characters. It expatiated multinational companies' characters, history of forming and developing, also included relevant theories. All these researches established the theoretical bases of multinational corporations.The core of this article, Chinese localization of multinational companies, contains producing, R&D, HR, Marketing, combined with cases, described multinational corporations Chinese localization.Based on researches of many scholars, using qualitative and quantitative methods, this article studied localization strategies, including producing, researching and developing, HR, marketing.etc. and adjustments on effective practicing these strategies. This article studied P&G as an example of succeeding in stratagem localization, combined with facts; it presented multinational corporations Chinese localization strategies.
