On the basis of a study of the successful operational strategies of the famous transnational companies, together with a detailed analysis on the status of Chinese companies under the globalized economic environment, the author presents a set of practical proposals on transnational operations for the Chinese companies which have developed and/or are developing their markets out of China. These ideas are in fact from the experiences of the most well known international companies with revisions regarding China's current economic position in the world's economy. Meanwhile, after analyzing the current overseas operation status of 'A company' (a textile import & export corporation), the author makes out several corporate strategies for its European and Southern American branches that are facing the challenges of the European Union's market and the South American market. |
