Studies On Regional Planning Of Dominant Crops Production Fanchang County Of Anhui Province

The production of dominant agricultural products regionally based on regional planning of dominant agricultural products was one of effective ways to face the challenges from domestic and overseas markets by raising the market competition ability and increasing production efficiency of agricultural products in China.The relationship between adjustment of agricultural industry structures and regional distribution of dominant agricultural products were discussed based on reviewing the meaning, guiding principles and main factors of regional planning of dominant agricultural products. Meanwhile, the guidance, principles, methods and steps of regional planning of dominant agricultural products in Fanchuang county of Anhui province were put forward according to national and Anhui province regional planning of dominant agricultural products and the principles such as maximizing comparative advantages, quality and market orientation, overall development and implementing step by step and respecting farmer's wills were thought to should be abided in making planning.Based on analysis of agricultural resources, production status, location advantages, market, leading enterprise and social service system, it was realized that vegetable, cotton, rice and rapeseed were the dominant crops in plain and economic forestry, fruit, flowers and seedling trees and Chinese traditional medicine crops in low hilly area of Fanchuang county. According to the status of dominant crops production, suitability of agricultural natural resources, levels of farmer's technology and management, target market of products, ability of product processing and social service, the direction, targets and advantageous area were proposed and the regional distribution and planning of dominant crops in Fanchuang were made. Moreover, the policies and measures were put forwarded and should be adopted in implementing the regional planning of dominant crops production.
