The broadband business is the most vigorous in the informization process, and has wide utilizations. In order to deal with the competition of the foreign operator, the Chinese basic telecom operator must enlarge the market share in time in a limited period, must deeply analyze with the broadband market to investigate and working-out an efficient means to promote the marketing skill level and enhance the core competition, therefore, the operation of Chinese broadband business will be well developed.In this Paper, the author describe three key factors (economy, competition, and demand) which form the broadband market, and analyze the strategic environment, the competition, inside and outside key factors of the corporation, and work out a general development strategy for the future in 3 to 5 years by the utilization of SWOT and EFE/ IFE/ SPACE matrixes.The author also does some broadband marketing application analysis and design of some key factors: firstly, does a segmentation of the broadband users by the theory of the market segmentation, and...
