In the last 20 years, the increasing speed of international telecom market became slower because of bad international economic condition. More and more famous ICT corporation had to apply for bankrupt in front of incessant difficulties in marketing and operation. In china, the GDP still keep 8% increasing speed because of Chinese government's active financial policy to improve inner-demand, and china telecom market increased faster two times than GDP's, become the star of global telecom industry.As we know, the investment amount kept decreasing in last 2 years, in wake of the marketing competition become very perfect, china telecom industry facing the problem how to startup the second quick development, and after china telecom's taking apart, the lesson of promoting core competitiveness become much more important.Making use of what I studied in last 3 years, I learned Chongqing and abroad broadband macro-economic condition at present. Firstly, I raised the research question, and confirmed research orientation. Through value-chain analysis, I tried to obtain Chongqing CNC network corporation's competitive strategy by taking advantage of various manage and analytical tools, and finally I came into being Chongqing CNC marketing competitive frame in micro angle as you see.In course of writing this article, I collected much trade and enterprise information for the research basis, and get much more update data and datum by exchanging with many employee of Chongqing CNC. It is the ironclad foundation of the article that I worked for marketing management and operating plan drawing. In there, I tried my best to explore the strategy of Chongqing CNC in the future through marketing, organization conducting, financial management, time series(ARMA) statistics and strategy management means.
