The Research Of Urban-rural Information Networking In New Economy Period

Currently our country is faced with two prominent problems: on the one hand, with continuous and fast increase of national economy , our country gradually steps into new economy period characterized by economy globalization , knowledge economy and modern information technology ; on the other hand ,the rural-urban problem is increasingly obvious ,and the gap between country and city continually enlarged , which the largest obstacle affecting rural-urban development as a whole . In fact ,the two problems have a close relationship with each other : If information networking develop properly , that will facilitate rural-urban development , coordinate rural-urban relationship and decrease the gap between city and countryside ; otherwise , new "digital gulf " will be made . Through analysis and research on the development of information networking the thesis aims to summarize the general rules, main problems and development motivation, and so establish a bridge between the rural-urban problems and the development of information networking and facilitate rural-urban development as a whole through the development of the information networking.The basic frame of the thesis is established like this: Firstly , starting from general introduction of information networking development since over one century by concluding past research theory the thesis summarizes the general rules, main contents , development motivation and basic function in the process of information networking development between city and countryside; Secondly , combining with present development situation of information networking development between city and countryside it summarizes the main problems ; finally , aiming at the problems in the process of information networking development between city and countryside the thesis put forwards strategies and countermeasures.
