Research On The Evaluation Of Investment Environment Of Tourism

The research on the investment environment(IE) of tourism is the analysis of IE, the process of providing scientific datas for the decision-making and the important preparation before the tourism investment. The paper is on the problem of the evaluation and optimization of the IE of tourism in Hubei province with a formation of index system of the IE of tourism as a basis.Part â…  : Introduction. The background is firstly expatiated in this part, followed by the survey of the research on the IE, competition capacity of tourism and the IE of the tourism of the latest 30years. With the analysis above, the significance of it is definited and the thoughts of the paper are given.Part â…¡: the theory and methodology of the IE of tourism. The paper points out that the regional economic theory and persistent development theory had a profound influence on the IE research inducing the research both from the investors' and the hosts'angle and resulting in tranferation of the research from micro lever to the synthesis of macro, middle and micro lever, which established the system of the evaluation and enriched the foundation of IE thoery. This research is from multi-lever and multi-angle with the modern mathematical statistics as tools and the factor analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodology as main evaluation method.Partâ…¢: the rules of the IE of tourism and the establishment of the evaluation index system. In this part the rules of the evaluation, the use and the establishing principles of the index system were discussed.It pointed out the method of the complex index system is the instruction of the index system of the IE of tourism. Based on this,it analysized the important factors which affected the IE of tourism in the political environment, law environment,economic environment,social and culture environment and geography environment, and devised different index system from macro ,middle and micro angle.
