In these days, the development of economy and our society is so rapid, and human recourse is so important but lack in enterprises among which the plunder of talent is furious so much. In China, the primary crisis in enterprises especially in state-owned enterprises will be the shortage of human recourse. It is the time to care the problem of employee turnover in order to avoid the risk of talent loss. Based on the study of the former researches, the thesis analyze the individual factors, the organizational factors and social factors which influence employee turnover in Hua-jian enterprise. With the help of SPSS professional statistic software, different methods such as Mean-compared analysis, One-way ANOVA analysis, Paired-sample T test, and Linear Regression are carried out with the intent of finding out the determinant factors of employee turnover. The study results show that age, clan, education background, tenure, the grade of technical post, the department of work, the kind of work post, the grade of work post, the grade of administrative position, times of being titled with Excellent Clerk, and times of training have significant influence on employee turnover in...
