With the further development of domestic tourism industry in recent years, tourism destination marketing has been paid more and more attention and great progress has been achieved. Particularly, the development of modern information technology and the fastening process of social and economic informatization provide a new way for tourism destination marketing; that is, tourism destination network marketing.Considering the problems existing in the course of tourism destination network marketing and the fact that studies at home and abroad mainly focus on technology, the paper puts forward such a viewpoint: tourism destination network marketing is not a simple question of technology applying but a process involved in technology, management and society. Its due effect can't be achieved without the coordination of the three levels. On this basis, adopting system approach, this paper advances the assumption of constructing the tourism destination network marketing system, then studies the elements, structure, functions, aims, and coordination mechanism of the system from the perspective of both theory and practice.The paper totally includes seven chapters with the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters constituting the body part. The second chapter is the basis of the whole paper which explores some basic issues of tourism destination network marketing and brings up the assumption of constructing the tourism destination network marketing system. The third chapter analyzes the elements composed of the tourism destination network marketing system. The fourth chapter sets up the structural model of the system, analyzes the levels of the structure and points out the functions and aims of the system. The fifth chapter studies the coordination mechanism of the system on the basis of the above chapters. The sixth chapter makes a detailed study of the system according to the actual situation of tourism network marketing in Qingdao.
