Study On Theory And Method Application Of Company Value Evaluation

It's clear that value maximum has been the company aim, whether finance manager or decision-maker commit themselves to creation of company value. This thesis bases on strategy management, analyse the headspring of company value from the resource and competence , and discuss about it's driving factors, indicate that resource is foundation ,competence is guarantee, core competence is the key of value creation ,make certain the thought method that company value evaluation is based on the company strategy to evaluate the company competition ,then have a whole and long-term evaluation . Then this thesis expatiates and compares all kinds of evaluation method, bring forward that EVA is important in company value evaluation. EVA takes right and interests capital into account , it's aim towards company directly, makes the finance aim embodiment and measurement . In the end this thesis bases on theory and method to discuss XinJiang company value . From the result can see that XinJiang company has clear character of resource dominant, special resource determine the company value, the industry chain is short, economic added value is small, it can't reflect the core competence that a company must have in the market competition .Ground on all discussion ,the thesis put forward the strategy perspective and countermeasure that a company must have to add value.
