What legal ethics studies is the connection between the law and the moral, with the proposition of the policy running the country according to the law and the moral, the study on it rises vigorously. The law ethics is regarded as a new developing discipline in social science of our country, we should define and annotate its basic problems first. This text plans to start with and probe into its basic problems in terms of research object and range of the law ethics. The objects of the law ethics are concerned with three problems of this field, ie legislate and moral, legal norm and codes of ethic. The research range of the law ethics is the theorethical and practical problems existing in these three fields.
