A Study On Labor Relations Of Export Private Enterprise In Zhejiang Province

This paper was the study on labor relations of export private enterprise. The aim of this study was to explore the actuality of enterprise's labor relations, and to observe the influence on labor relations from the background factors of enterprises.This paper began with a brief overview of theories in this area, followed by a theoretical conceive based on the theory model of Sandver's labor relations. The study focused on the actuality of labor relations in export private enterprises in Zhejiang province and the influence on labor relations from industry which the enterprise belongs to, it's kind, it's scale and it's export size by real example analysis. Then the paper got the conclusion and proposed to improve the labor management. This study had two stages. The first stage was a case study to commonly understand the labor management of export private enterprises with half-structural way. The second stage was a questionnaire survey on 110 persons.
