The population , resource and environment have already become common problems faced in our times, deal carefully with the problems that the mankind produced in the course of development and utilization of resources of land, it is the objective demand that various countries and area realize the sustainable development strategy to bring about an coordinated development in population, resource, environment.In recent years, because our country fails to implement in an all-round way of the strict land management system, the development model of consuming the land resource in a large amount prevails in some places, it is more severe to cause the land resource in greater shortage. It is necessary to set up a set of scientifical index systems, carry on macro-forecast to the land market, and the responsible department of the government can take the corresponding measure in view of the above , lead the market to develop in a healthy way, control the land market steadily and effectively, guarantee the land incomes of the government, realize the economic worth of the land and effective control on total amount of construction land, thus promote the lasting sound development of economy.
