Synthetic Evaluation Study On The Sustainable Development Of Tourism Resources

Tourism is a certain stage outcome of the social economic development. Inrecent years, the development of the tourist industry is very rapid as the continuingstrength of our economic power. However, under the predominant idea of" No smokeindustry"" High output in low devotion"" No using up consumption", the phenomenonof the near benefit appeared, and the developing of tourist industry is regarded as thecircumstance of the increasing quantity and the extending reproduction. A nice bit oftourism resources are savagely exploited. Tourism resources are the base of thedevelopment of tourist industry, and the damage of it must lead to the depravation ofthe ecosystem environment, and it will affect the sustainable development of touristindustry. The article originates the aspect of the development of the sustainabledevelopment of the tourist industry, and the index system is created in it. The majorcontents of the article are as follows:1. The research overview of the sustainable exploitation of the tourismresources. The study on the sustainable exploitation of the tourism resources startedform 1990' in our country. In the most research works, the routes, ways and thepolicies are widely discussed about the sustainable development of tourist industry,but the tourism resources regarded as the software of the tourist industry are studiedless, and the description in the works is more than the quantitative analysis. Owing tothis, it is necessity to study the sustainable exploitation of the tourism resources, andwe should promote the development of the whole tourist industry by establishing theindex system on the sustainable exploitation of the tourism resources.2. Established the index system on the sustainable exploitation of the tourismresources. The system is established according to the often used model —the drivingforce —the condition —the reaction. It is based on the presented research works, andthe aspect of system is considered in it. The point of departure is the three big parts,the systems of the driving force, the condition and the reaction, totally involving 25concrete indexes. Then I use the improved analytic hierarchy process to give thevalues of each index.3. Evaluate the exploitation of the tourism resources in Zhangqiu city. In order toexamine the scientific and the operational values, I evaluated the used level in theexploitation of the tourism resources in Zhangqiu city according to the actualcircumstances. It is proved that the values evaluated are in accordance with the realthings. So the established index system has a certain practical using values.4.
