Auto industry is one important industry of modern economy. Like a lot of other countries, China has already regarded auto industry as the pillar industry of national economy, because of its heavy industry pull from head to foot, strong radiation ability, important function of supporting on such macroscopical economic indicator as economic growth , tax revenue , employment ,etc.. At present, the auto industry of China is in historic turning of globalization process. As our country joins WTO, it is an organic whole that domestic automobile market and overseas market connecting with foreign competition enterprises drive straight into China to participate in the automobile market competition. Meanwhile, aquistion and merger unite impact of tide world automobile industry, world automobile market competition has transferred from companies'competition to the competition of transnational groups. In the face of the severe international competition situation, the auto industry of our country must proceed from global idea, hit out voluntarily, be ready for the challenge, open up 21st century in Chinese global living space of auto industry and development space, make the development strategy of the practical competitiveness of Chinese auto industry of enhancement. This text analyses two kinds of economic foundations with inherent strategy through the study on integrated strategy of automobile market, and has carried on research to the strategic choice problem of the auto industry of our country combining the actual conditions of the automobile manufacturer. The research of this text has remedied the domestic deficiency on the integrated strategic problem of auto industry.
