1.Summarization Facing increasingly vigorous competitive situations and the current of the internationalizations, lots of small to mid-sized the enterprises business enterprise of China want to promote the efficiency and useful nesses of the management. In order to reforming the process of operation, developing high-efficiency, many small to mid-sized the enterprises choice to establish the management information system. For the advantages of ERP in declining cost, exalting the efficiency of operation and the quick reaction to the market etc.,it is the first choice to usher the ERP . Because it is uneconomical to develop a management information system, many enterprises should buy commercial software. How to choose and choosing which software and software providers, it because a problem. The small to mid-sized enterprises have their proper characteristics. The ability of implement of ERP is one of the most important factors that will affect the choice of enterprises. UFIDA is a representative of the local supplier of ERP.
