Political culture is new concept. Its importance is being known gradually.The importance to the army of political culture does not need to go into details,but the form of expression in the army of political culture and law of changingis a question that is worth probing into. Political culture displays thecomplicated side especially in the basic unit of the army, it often interweaveswith other culture phenomenon together. This text puts forward a new concept--Company's culture, as the handling tool probing into the political culture inthe military basic unit.
