Army building is a system engineering, including such a great deal of respects as equiping , talents , management education ,etc.. Since the foundation of the state, especially since reform and opening-up, on the premise of obeying and serving overall situation of economic construction, our troops concentrate limited resources, have made considerable progress in every construction cause , equipment has bigger improvement, talent's building of contingent begins to take shape too, the efficiency of management is promoted greatly than the early days of foundation too.
