I. Introduction 1. With the progress of the science and technology and the development of the productivity, the consuming standard of the consumers improves continuously and the competition among enterprises intensifies day by day, which is added by the dramatically change of politics, economy and the social environment. All of these makes the enterprises place themselves in a buyers'market that changes fast without any predication. In order to gain the advantage of competition, the powerful enterprises all over the world employ many advanced making techniques and managing means. 2. Managing the enterprises through applying the supply-chain and developing the electronic commerce is not dispensable type of operation but the necessity of the development of history. It is predicted that in ten years, type of operation of the powerful enterprises in the world will change into the electronic supply-chain management pattern. Domestic auto industry must start treating carefully the arrival of the historical turn of the operation and management pattern for the enterprises and they need to hold the operation pattern, operation idée and the opportunity of deep adjustment and reform of the enterprise culture for the traditional enterprises in the world with the view of long-term from the respect of the enterprise operation stratagem and need to unite organically their own advantages in production, techniques, management and etc. with the supply-chain management pattern. 3. This thesis will starts with the research on network structure traits of the supply-chain; then it comprehends profoundly the complexity, dynamic state, responsiveness and overlapping; analyzing the pattern traits of the centrality, mode of dispersing and the mode of adaptation; introducing the concept, theory and the relevant techniques of the supply-chain and doing research on its construction and network structure as well as analyzing the relationship between the supply-chain and the operation stratagem of the enterprises; constructing an integration dynamic model including the suppliers, manufacturers and dealers. At the same time, this thesis makes the systemic analysis, design and emulating work of the supply-chain with the background of the FAW and constructs the design and implementing blue print of the supply-chain network of FAW Car Co., Ltd II. Basic Theory and Means for the Supply-chain Management 1. The Theory for the Supply-chain Management Supply-chain management emphasizes that the core enterprises should build a stratagem cooperation relationship with the most outstanding ones and advocates the cooperative-competitive spirit. The idea of the supply-chain management not only provides the theoretical gist for controlling effectively and collocating with optimization the exiting internal and external resources, but also provides the effective ways in concentrating on all the activities on the supply-chain and making the right decision for the enterprises, also provides the powerful support for the realization of the expansion of the global business. Therefore, we can say that the idea of supply-chain management is the foundation stone for all the modern managing means. 2. The supply-chain management in the auto-making industry As the logistic deployment and managing center of the supply-chain, the auto-making enterprises play a role in integrating and exchanging the information and have strong advantage in designing, making, assembling and etc. the productions. It can not only pull the provision of the raw material for the suppliers, but also push the distribution of the productions and the customer service for the distributors. The key point of the supply-chain management in auto-making industry lies in: the conformity and harmony of the supply-chain for the core enterprises; the construction of the relations among the stratagem cooperators; the creation of the logistic pattern of the supply-chain; the management of the suppliers and distributors; the harmonization and control of the relations among producing, supplying and selling and etc. 2. The logistic management of the auto The logistic of the auto is the integrated management including the moderntransportation, stock, safekeeping, conveying, packing, the circulation of productions and the logistic information. It is also the bridge in linking the suppliers of the raw material, manufacturers, wholesalers, tradesmen, logistic companies and the satisfactory customers. Therefore, the supply-chain of the market reaction is not suitable for the auto-making enterprises. While if we employ the physical effectiveness supply-chain, the production enterprises like FAW Car Co., Ltd with the cars productions as the main ones will gain better results in shortening the time in advance, reducing the stock cost of the whole supply-chain, keeping the higher employment rate of the equipment and so on.
