| Talent loss of state-owned enterprises has been a great issue during the development of social market economy, the reform of state-owned enterprise mechanism and the deepening of open policy. It has caused serious negative effects on the sustained development of state-owned enterprises. On the stand of state-owned enterprise, this dissertation analyzes the causes of talent loss and puts forth governance methods.First, this dissertation redefined talent (viz. enterprise talent) and talent loss to avoid the confusion caused by different standpoint and aspects. This dissertation gives up the traditional classification of talent loss and shows clearly the scope of this research.Second, this dissertation sets forth the traditional theory and models of talent loss. On this basis, this dissertation gives the structure equation model and sets up theoretical basis for the analysis of causes of state-owned enterprise' s talent loss.Third, by the research on the characters of talent loss direction, this dissertation explores the causes of state-owned enterprise' s talent loss from different aspects.Forth, this dissertation introduces the evolvement of the understanding to talent essence and the general motivation theory and motivation mechanism, which sets up theoretical basis for the governance of state-owned enterprise' s talent loss.Last, this dissertation looks on human-center thought as the guide and put forth the concrete methods of state-owned enterprise' s talent loss from the aspect of human resource management. |
