Researching In Theory And Application Of Business Process Reengineering

From a few aspects of BPR method, putting project in practice, application researching, the article studies BPR. This article discusses the applied necessity of BPR in our country enterprise; introduces its basic concept and thought. In the aspect of studying BPR method, this article advances the method of the first choosing reengineering and optimizing the process design. In the project researching, according to that method this article puts forward the process reengineering priority order model, and applies it in practice.
